English shorthand dictation/transcription और English typing। यह JCA का descriptive-paper pattern नहीं है। नीचे practice advice editorial है।
तैयारी कैसे बाँटें — हमारी editorial guidance
- Dictation recording से practice करते समय unfamiliar text चुनें। पहले uninterrupted dictation लें, फिर निर्धारित practice window में transcription करें; बार-बार recording रोककर किया अभ्यास full attempt के समान न गिनें।
- Transcription errors को omission, substitution, punctuation और outline-reading में बाँटें। जिस outline को अगली बार पढ़ने में कठिनाई हुई उसे अपनी revision list में रखें; speed बढ़ाने से पहले repeated ambiguity कम करें।
- Typing और shorthand के records अलग रखें। तेज keyboard speed shorthand accuracy का प्रमाण नहीं है, और सही shorthand notes के बावजूद transcription में नई गलतियाँ आ सकती हैं। दोनों चरणों की अलग समीक्षा करें।
- Rules और judiciary topics के लिए source-based short notes बनाएँ। हर objective error के लिए संबंधित provision दोबारा पढ़ें और फिर नया question बनाकर खुद को जाँचें। Interview preparation में अपने work examples को स्पष्ट, संक्षिप्त और तथ्यपरक बताने का अभ्यास करें।
यह study approach है, authority की prescribed timetable या selection guarantee नहीं। अपनी baseline और उपलब्ध समय के अनुसार अभ्यास समायोजित करें।
