Assistant Teacher Primary 802/25 के Notice 382 में marks release और provisional e-dossier shortlisting है। मूल notice में upload dates 16–30 अक्टूबर 2026 दी गई हैं। यह नई application window नहीं है; अपने OARS account में applicability और बाद के revisions जाँचें।
एक document register बनाएँ
एक कागज़ या spreadsheet में चार columns रखें: portal का field, संबंधित certificate, certificate की relevant date और scan की file। Educational तथा professional qualifications अलग लिखें; किसी document के उपलब्ध होने और recruitment की cut-off date पर eligibility पूरी होने में अंतर है।
उदाहरण: degree का provisional certificate और सभी semester marksheets अलग files हैं। Portal संयुक्त file माँगे तो उसके निर्देश के अनुसार बनाएँ। यह हमारी organisation tip है, DSSSB की file-size या format requirement का विकल्प नहीं।
Preview में किन गलतियों को पकड़ें
नाम की spelling, date of birth, category, post code और department preference application से मिलाएँ। जहाँ documents में अंतर हो, पहले prescribed correction/supporting-proof instruction खोजें; image edit करके certificate के तथ्य न बदलें।
Confirmed preference बदलना संभव मानकर form न भरें। Submission से पहले पसंद का क्रम लिखकर उसकी वजह सोचें—बाद में पहली उपलब्ध allocation पर पछताना गलती का समाधान नहीं है।
Submission और technical issue का record
Final acknowledgement, uploaded filenames और application number सुरक्षित रखें। Page खुलना या file चुन लेना final submission का प्रमाण नहीं है। दोबारा login करके उपलब्ध status देखें।
Upload fail हो तो exact error, समय और screenshot रखें। Notice के technical-glitch paragraphs में reporting और conditional relief है; इसे सबके लिए automatic extension न मानें। समय-सीमा मूल notice और official revisions से ही तय करें।
