Timetable को vacancy notice न समझें
Reviewed DSSSB programme 27 October–5 December 2026 की CBT dates से जुड़ा है। Programme में listed advertisements/post codes ही संबंधित हैं। अलग भर्ती का समान post name इस timetable के अंतर्गत आ जाए, यह जरूरी नहीं।
दो-तरफा matching करें
Application से advertisement और post code timetable में खोजें। फिर programme की उस row से date तथा session अपने admit card से मिलाएँ। केवल calendar की date या पूरे दिन की सभी shifts लिख लेने से personal schedule नहीं बनता।
अपनी sheet में columns रखें: post code, exam date, allotted shift, venue, reporting और gate closing। जो information अभी उपलब्ध नहीं, वहाँ “pending” लिखें; exam start से guessed reporting time न निकालें।
Travel plan में buffer कहाँ चाहिए
Venue को map पर खोजकर actual entry point और local travel सोचें। किसी दूसरे centre के route या पुराने exam के reporting rules को reuse न करें। Official instructions में क्या carry करना है, वह अलग list में रखें।
एक ही period में दो exams हों तो दोनों call letters के actual sessions की तुलना करें। Clash का अनुमान केवल timetable देखकर न करें; confirmed details मिलने पर authority के prescribed procedure में query भेजें।
Final-day verification routine
Exam से पहले updated notice, admit-card version, accepted ID और prohibited items फिर पढ़ें। Downloaded copy offline रखें ताकि network issue आने पर programme याद से न बताना पड़े।
Admit-card download और exam में उपस्थित होना final eligibility acceptance नहीं बनते। यह article scheduling workflow देता है; आपकी personal shift या entry permission तय नहीं करता। Original row और individual instructions को अंतिम reference रखें।
