पहले सही notification चुनें | Identify the right notice
Open the recruiting authority’s own website and locate the recruitment or advertisement section. Match the advertisement number, post code, department and year with the vacancy you want. A familiar post name is not enough: two notices can use the same name but have different qualifications or service conditions. Save the original PDF and note its publication date.
Check the same official page for a corrigendum, addendum or revised schedule. Read the original notice together with every later correction. A news headline or a forwarded screenshot can omit a change to the closing date or qualification. If the original PDF cannot be found, treat the claim as unconfirmed and wait for an official source.
Eligibility की अपनी checklist बनाएँ
Make a small table with four columns: requirement, wording in the notice, your evidence, and a question to resolve. Enter qualification, subject combination, minimum marks, experience, registration or licence, and any language requirement. Do not assume that a higher degree automatically replaces the qualification named in the notice. Equivalence must be allowed by the authority.
For example, if a post asks for a degree plus a typing test, meeting the degree requirement alone does not establish eligibility. Check whether experience must be obtained after the qualification and whether a certificate must already exist by a specified date. If wording is unclear, use the official helpdesk rather than guessing.
Age और closing date अलग-अलग जाँचें
Find the exact date on which age is calculated. It can differ from the application closing date or examination date. If a notice says age is reckoned on 1 January, a birthday after 1 January does not change age on that reference date. Use the date of birth on the document accepted by the notice.
Read the applicable relaxation clause, its category conditions and any maximum limit. Do not automatically add several relaxations together. Also distinguish the registration deadline, fee-payment deadline and correction-window deadline. Record each date separately and leave time for payment failures or upload problems.
Apply करने से पहले documents और fees जाँचें
Prepare the photograph, signature, identity details, qualification records and category certificates requested for that application. Check file size, format and certificate validity from the current instructions. Keep names and dates consistent across documents. If there is a mismatch, follow the authority’s stated correction or supporting-document process.
Reach the application portal through the authority’s official recruitment page. Check the full hostname before entering personal information. Read the fee exemption conditions instead of assuming that an exemption applies. Preview the complete form, submit it, verify payment status where relevant and save the final application number and receipt. A bank debit alone may not mean the form is complete.
Submission के बाद क्या रखें?
Keep the notification, corrections, submitted form and payment acknowledgement in one folder labelled with the advertisement number. Maintain a separate note of the official website and important dates. Revisit the authority’s page for changes; a saved copy does not update itself.
This is a method for checking a notice, not a claim that you qualify for a particular recruitment. The current advertisement and official clarifications decide eligibility. Use our Latest Jobs section as a starting point, then verify the individual notice before acting.
